**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for a hardworking, bold individual who enjoys working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment to join our Field Sales team as a Lead Systems Engineer in Sao Paulo.

**Position overview**:
As a Network Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical relationships with customers and prospects, and you will identify and match technology opportunities with our customers' business needs.
In this pre-sales technical role, you will showcase Citrix Networking product solutions (Citrix ADC, Cloud Bridge, ADC Gateway and Application Firewall).
**Primary responsibilities**:
Crafting and delivering technical product demonstrations, presentations, and network designs and support.
Delivering product training and skills transfer to channel partners, integrators and users.
Participating in consultations and/or product capability assessments with prospects.
Building formal relationships with key decision makers and serving as external spokesperson for Citrix.
Using and improving partners as the fulfillment channel while working with Citrix end user accounts on IT initiatives.
Working on issues that impact design/selling success or address proof of concepts, products or technologies.
**Basic qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years pre-sales or systems engineering experience in a high tech, with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology.
- English professional proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to travel within assigned territory 40% of the time.
**- Proven efficiency in system integration; ability to troubleshoot sophisticated network environments.
- Confirmed understanding of bandwidth management and quality of service concepts.
- Ability to articulate and understand the customer strategy and Citrix solution strategy; ability to make a compelling case for Citrix products and quickly learn about products and new technologies.
- Ability to diffuse complicated technical and political situations with partners and customers and manage relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
CCDP or similar vendor certification.
