JOB DESCRIPTION The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy, developing the sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth, with a strong focus on both domestic and international markets. Lead, develop, and engage the sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture; Define and execute the commercial strategy aligned with the company's growth and positioning goals; Manage sales targets, performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and profitability; Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure predictability and efficiency; Act directly in strategic negotiations and key accounts , especially in international markets; Strengthen relationships with clients, distributors, and commercial partners; Work closely with Foreign Trade, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience; Analyze market trends, competition, and expansion opportunities; Continuously improve commercial processes and sales approaches. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields ; At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor); Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; Experience leading high-performance sales teams ; Fluent English (mandatory due to international customer interaction); Strong skills in negotiation, commercial planning, and KPI-driven management ; Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset; Ability to perform frequent national and international business trips; Availability to work on-site in Serra, Espírito Santo, Brazil.
