You will create insights, tools, and metrics that help teams deliver faster, smoother onboarding experiences at scale, influencing operational improvements and strategic direction.ResponsibilitiesOwn the development of a robust reporting framework for Onboarding, bringing structure and scalability to a fragmented ecosystem.Partner with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key onboarding metrics, build dashboards, and enable self-serve analytics.Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the onboarding journey using data.Deliver insights to stakeholders across the company, from front-line teams to senior leadership, to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools in Looker (or other BI tools), ensuring data is reliable and actionable.Collaborate with data engineers and analytics engineers to model onboarding data and ensure data pipelines align with business logic.Desired Skills And CompetenciesBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).5+ years of experience in an analytical role with exposure to operational or product-facing analytics.Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into narratives for various stakeholders.Experience with BI tools (Looker) and dashboard development.Familiarity with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting architectures.Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define success metrics where none exist.Experience with dbt, LookML, and version control tools (Git, GitHub).
