Talent Operations is a vital function that drives the success of our business.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire talent lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.The primary objective of this role is to streamline our hiring process, ensuring that we attract, select, and develop top talent to meet our business needs.This requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and qualify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.Manage candidate relationships, providing clear and timely updates throughout the hiring process.Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business objectives.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for ideal candidates.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving results.
