Information Technology ManagerManage the day-to-day operations of LEDN's IT and cybersecurity teams as a full-time manager.This role reports to the Director of IT and is responsible for supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.About LEDNLEDN is a global digital-asset financial services company that offers lending, savings, and trading products for Bitcoin holders in over 150 countries.The company is built on a conviction that digital assets can democratise access to the global economy, supported by core values of integrity, passion for progress, and empathy.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support to users via Slack, Jira, and other internal tools.Procure, deliver, and onboard technology equipment for new employees and manage tech retrieval for those leaving.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools that improve existing knowledge and automate busywork.Support and manage SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, and related services.Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.).Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed, through to completion.Juggle help-desk tickets, prioritise them, and provide clear documentation and help articles.Work on projects over sprints, detail work in tools like Jira, and align objectives with the team and company goals.Qualifications – Core7+ years in SaaS systems administration with Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite.Proficiency in automations using bash, zsh, python, and open-source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki.Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating Okta workflows.Remote support across multiple time zones and familiarity with shipping/receiving hardware and customs.Strong communication skills across media; written communication in tickets, email, and Slack.Security awareness (PGP, networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Self-management, accurate scoping of projects, prioritisation, and cross-team collaboration.Qualifications – Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS (hands-on experience, no certifications required).Experience using GAM and command-line interfaces to streamline work.Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.Culture & ValuesBuilt on integrity, passion for progress, and empathy.Remote-first environment; up to 180 days of remote work in any location (subject to restrictions).Fast-moving, highly execution-oriented team in a security-first, growth-first environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive total rewards package starting on day one.Competitive PTO package and ownership in the company.Shared equity – employees are stakeholders in the future of the digital economy.Equal OpportunityWe are an equal-opportunity employment organization and pride ourselves on inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diversity.Application ProcessShort video response may be requested.No agencies or recruiters; unsolicited resumes are not accepted.Requests for accommodation will be addressed confidentially.#J-*****-Ljbffr
