Would you like to join an inclusive team?Are you looking to impact a leading multinational company with your knowledge?This opportunity is waiting for you_- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Bogota, CDMX, Sao Paulo office._**Aon is in the business of better decisions**At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.**What the day will look like?**- _ Design and lead the technical architecture of TBS in LATAM, aligning it with global standards and business needs._- _Handle and guide the technical configuration team, optimizing resources and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment._- _Align technical solutions with business and regional objectives, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders._- _Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all implementations by establishing technical best practices._- _Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology, integrating innovations to improve efficiency and customer value._**How this opportunity is different?**- Aon offers you flexible work with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as well as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly work environment, as well as the opportunity to grow vertically and horizontally growth._**Skills and experience that will lead to success**- _ Deep knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles._- _ Hands-on experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise architecture frameworks._- _Proven track record in defining and implementing technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects._- _Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment._- _Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives._- _Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus._- _Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field._- _ Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a strong advantage._- _Technological Tools: Office 365, SQL, programming languages, database administration._**How we support our colleagues****#LI-AE1*********
