You will report directly to the senior manager and bring expertise in architectural principles, system design best practices, driving the creation of platforms that address complex challenges and empower global organizations.This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in Brasil.About the RoleContribute to hands-on software development, collaborating with teams to solve complex technical challenges, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality software.Optimization Focus: Address performance, scalability, observability, and security challenges through design and optimization strategies.Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and team members to align technical solutions with goals.
Represent the team in architectural review boards.Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, architectural decisions, and design patterns.Risk Management: Find and address technical risks, ensuring long-term sustainability and understanding of team goals.Leverage AI tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, documentation, and prototyping.Continuously upskill in AI-related technologies applicable to daily work.Requirements and QualificationsExperience: 3+ years in software development and architecture, with demonstrated expertise in building large-scale, distributed systems for enterprise environments.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in C# or Java.Experience building, maintaining, and supporting foundational shared services supporting cloud-native applications.Proficiency in RESTful APIs, OAuth, and secure authentication protocols.Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka and databases such as Postgres and MongoDB.Hands-on experience with public cloud providers and DevOps tools.Development Practices: Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.Soft Skills: Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions; Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners.English Fluency: Fluent English is a requirement for this role.
