Senior Revenue Ops (100% remote-friendly within Brazil)We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented professional to help scale Noa Notes, our AI-powered product for healthcare professionals, in Brazil.This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, driving growth, efficiency, and process improvement.If you enjoy combining analysis with action to make a real business impact, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and how to accelerate its adoption in BrazilDesign and execute experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usageAnalyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvementSupport the scaling of operations by designing and implementing process improvements and automation initiativesProvide insights to guide go-to-market strategies, helping align product capabilities with commercial goalsCollaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless executionBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and share actionable insights with leadershipQualifications4+ years of experience in RevOps, Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops or Data Analysis (preferably within Marketing or Sales environments)Solid understanding of product and business dynamicsExperience with SaaS and CRM toolsBasic knowledge of SQL for querying and exploring dataExperience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio (we primarily use Google Sheets and Looker Studio)Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solvingEnglish proficiency (B2/C1 - Level)Nice to haveExperience in tech companies or SaaS startupsExperience with Python for automation or data analysisEnjoy building scalable processes and making complex operations run smoothlyCompensation and BenefitsA salary adequate to your experience and skills around R$12,000 per month CTL.Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you100% remote-friendly within BrazilWorking hours from Monday to FridayBanco de Horas (compensatory time off)Food/Market VoucherMedical, Dental, and Group Life InsurancePet PlaniFeel app for emotional well-beingGympass for you and up to 3 peoplePayroll loan services (Creditas) eligible after 6 monthsStock options eligible after 6 months (5 years grace period)Birthday Day Off and other leave policies (Family/Parents leave, etc.)Referral Program rewards up to R$600 per referred hire who stays 6+ monthsOther informationImportant: Docplanner is an international English-first company.Therefore, please be sure to send your CV in English.We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process, and every day at work.If you require additional support in your recruitment process, please let us know.We strive to enable equal opportunities and adapt processes to support candidates as needed."We believe all humans, in all their beautiful diversity, should have equal rights, dignity and respect.
