Overview / Role Focus
This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be focused on recruiting leadership positions for our clinical operations in the Northeast.
This role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to maintain a positive attitude when tackling complex requisitions.

Responsibilities

Present to groups and executives.

Work with imperfect/ambiguous information and tight deadlines.
Exercise judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
Exhibit executive presence and presentation skills at VP/GVP levels, leading VP-level calls with minimal TA leadership support.
Develop consultative and coaching skills.
Regularly meet with hiring managers and senior leaders, leveraging labor market data and historical trends to challenge assumptions and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Be sought out by hiring managers and operations partners for expert hiring advice.
Serve as a subject matter expert in labor market data, market drivers, and competitive intelligence for supported areas.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding interview tools and processes to identify finalist candidates.
Use innovative and creative sourcing methods to source active and passive talent, staying up to date on the latest sourcing techniques and trends.
Deliver work recognized as a standard of excellence within the organization.
Education & Experience
Five (5) or more years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in handling high volume and harder-to-fill roles.
Experience in sourcing and hiring leadership positions.
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience (degree highly preferred).
Strong understanding of labor market data, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to track and report candidate and job statistics (we use Workday).
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Salary Range: $82,000.00-$121,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
