Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?Do you enjoy being part of a successful completion and wellbore intervention team?Join our teamWe are the leader in well construction and production.Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve production and increase reservoir value.Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of the well is maximized to its full potential.Partner with the bestThe Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless Service Delivery execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure the company execute the job in line with customer and company expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environmentConduct all activities in line with our core values, and non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillarsEnsuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized uponPrimary resource for the Service Delivery Manager to assist in executing all activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle processCoordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process across organizational boundariesAccountable for the use of Job Center in location to manage the jobs at hand.Accountable for Technical Review of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness.Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirementsResponsible for ensuring completion of training and development of Field populationPrimary contact for client for job planning, preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for the companyBe familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC (management of change) / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectivesPrompt escalation of issues that can impact service deliveryEnsuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cashCoordinating with field crews to manage any requirements / mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/locationAssisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with Technical Peer Reviews.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor' Degree in an Engineering or other technical degree with proven experienceHave relevant work experience.Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (verbal and written)Proven leadership capabilitiesGood interpersonal skillsWork from client office up to 50% of the timeWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:Working flexible hours -
