Marketing Design SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Design Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing materials that drive business results.Key Responsibilities:Create day-to-day marketing design assets, including ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, and email visuals.Elevate and maintain our brand system across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Transform complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).
Rapidly prototype A/B test variants and ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).
Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight -> moodboard -> concept -> production -> iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.Requirements:6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS/AI (agency or in-house).
You know the category patterns - and how to break them.Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertips.Not afraid to be bold.
You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.
