About Foundey: Foundey is a strategic UI/UX design agency specializing in supporting SaaS, AI, and tech startups.Our mission is to help startups create user experiences that match their potential through design that connects user behavior to business success.We offer services such as strategic UI/UX design, embedded design partnerships, product interface design for SaaS dashboards and AI products, UX audits, and MVP design sprints.Our team combines expertise across industries, offering founder-focused solutions that drive growth, retention, and conversion.Foundey helps founders leverage design strategies to set industry trends and achieve scalable product success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager (UX/UI).In this role, the Project Manager will oversee end-to-end UX/UI design and development projects, coordinate and expedite cross-functional collaboration across teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManaging logistics and facilitating inspections.Tracking project progress.Ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.Serving as the key liaison between design teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and successful project outcomes.QualificationsSolid experience as a Product Designer with skills in Figma, Framer, etc.Strong Project Management and Expediting skills, with the ability to coordinate, prioritize tasks, and manage tight deadlines.Proficiency in Inspection and Logistics Management, ensuring high-quality project deliverables and streamlined processes.Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; hands-on professional.Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes; experience in design agencies or tech industries is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business management, design, or related field; equivalent experience is also considered.Preferred Qualifications8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or Manager.Direct experience designing for startups/SaaS.Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions.Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers.Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams.Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.Why Join Us?At Foundey, you will work on high-impact projects for fast-growing SaaS and cybersecurity companies, helping shape the digital tools that protect and empower businesses worldwide.You'll collaborate with talented designers and technologists, contribute to cutting-edge design solutions, and grow your career in a studio that values innovation, ownership, and excellence.How to ApplyIf you're a Project Manager with a passion for solving complex problems in the cybersecurity and SaaS space, we'd love to hear from you.Please send your resume and portfolio to ****** and ******.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyDesign Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
