KQ RH, in partnership with a world-leading multinational company, is creating a modern technology center in Brazil, which will serve as the strategic hub to support all the company's global units.Join this innovative team and help transform the future of technologyHIGHLIGHTS OF THIS POSITION: Home office opportunity, however, candidates must reside in Brazil.English fluency is mandatory Experience with test automation for Back-end and Front-end (Web and Client-Server architectures)ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure the excellence of developed systems.The role operates in a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and continuous process improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and update test cases based on technical requirementsReview requirements for completeness, clarity, and correctnessApply test design techniques (e.g., Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Tables, State Transition, Use Cases)Select and prioritize test cases for automation and/or regressionExecute tests, record results, and document defects with evidenceAutomate testing processes using approved toolsPerform exploratory testing based on internal system knowledgeCommunicate test results to the Test LeadProduce daily test reports and suggest improvements to QA processesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a technology-related field, or equivalent professional experienceExperience in test automation for Web and Client-Server applicationsKnowledge of testing for desktop applications (e.g., Delphi)Experience with test management and defect tracking toolsProgramming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#)Understanding of modern development practices such as Agile, DevOps, TDDAnalytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and interest in test development and automationGood communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional teamADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Location: Indaiatuba/SPAdvanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teamsWork model: Home office.Contract type: CLT (Brazilian labor law employment contract)Local de trabalho: Indaiatuba, SPRegime de contratação de tipo: Efetivo – CLTJornada: Período IntegralNível hierárquico: EspecialistaHABILIDADESFerramentas de Teste e GestãoInglês AvançadoMetodologias ÁgeisScrumDelphiTestes em Aplicações DesktopDesign de Testes (Caixa Preta)JiraPythonJUnitSeleniumC#JavaScriptTestes em Back-end e Front-endAutomação de TestesTestRail
