Job DescriptionTest preparationYou will draw up/update your test cases yourself based on specifications and make preparations to be able to carry out your test cases correctly and completely.Reviewing the requirements supplied by the customer for completeness, correctness and clarity (reviews)Apply black box test design techniques (EP/BVA/Decision Table/State Transition/Use Case)Select and prioritize test cases that qualify for automation and/or regressionTest executionYou ensure correct application of the test planCreate test log, including Pass/Fail resultCreate Defects, with sufficient test evidence, discuss with developersExploratory testing with inside informationAutomate testing processes with approved toolingTest ReportAnalysis of the test results and associated communicationCommunicate results to the Test LeadProvide daily test reportsSuggest test improvementsJob requirements3 years minimum testing experienceExperienced with FrontEnd and BackEnd Test AutomationExperience with testing Desktop Applications (Delphi)Some knowledge of test management tools and defect management systemsExcellent knowledge of Portuguese and English, French or German is a plusAnalytical mindsetGreat interest and motivation to develop Test Automation in the short term and then implement Automated ProcessesAbility to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customersExperienced with coding test automation scriptsProgramming skills (javascript, python, c#, etc...)Knowledge of common development practices (Agile, DevOps, TDD etc)We are offering the following:A competitive salary packageExtensive on-the-job coaching and training opportunities;Challenges within a multi-cultural and cross-regional team as part of the international and fast-growing Eurofins organisation;A dynamic working environment with a good team spirit where personal development and growth are highly encouraged.Highlights of this position:Hybrid work from Indaiatuba-SPMandatory: English Fluency, Test Automation experience in Back-end and Front-end (Web and Client-Server architectures)QualificationsEducation / Qualifications / KnowledgeDegree Level or Equivalent in relevant subject or demonstrable relevant business experienceExperience / SkillsTeamwork especially in a complex internal structure.
Ability to effectively influence across functions and across sites to first establish shared objectives and then drive the process to achieve those joint objectives.Proven communication skills – must be able to build relationships internally across all functions and externally within client organisations (vertically and horizontally, with a view to establish increasingly senior relationships) and other service providers.Must be immediately credible at a senior level within Eurofins and client organisations.Outstanding communication skills both internally and externally.
