Job Title: Manager Endpoint EngineersRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and secure our global organization's 600+ corporate devices.This remote position requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.This is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of endpoint engineers and overseeing the maintenance, patching, and compliance of our Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.The ideal candidate will have a relentless focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of 4 endpoint engineers, providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEvaluate and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvementCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarPreferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similarWork Environment:This is a fully remote position.Must be available for occasional meetings across global time zones.On-call rotation participation may be required for critical issue.
