We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can be responsible for managing all technical aspects of our relationship with our customers, acting as the first point of contact for upcoming merchants and guiding them to the best solution that fits their needs.
You will work closely with our Sales, Account Management, Product and Development teams with a strong focus on the merchant experience.What will I be doing?
Provide top-quality technical service before, during, and after onboarding of new or existing customers into new markets, products, or operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationshipsAcquire excellent product and technical knowledge to assess and guarantee quality for our customersHelp maximize the company's revenueExpand current relationships with customers by developing new products and operationsAnalyze prospects' business and technical requirements and help develop solutions that meet those needsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to customize specific products for customersManage customer expectations and drive customer satisfactionBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and own the technical relationship with customersMonitor the progress of product integration and ramp up to ensure successWhat skills do I need?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science7+ years of experience in similar rolesExperience with APIs and the ability to explain them to third partiesFluent in written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of SQLExperience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsPassion for customer success and strong interest in understanding client needsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities/projectsExperience in payments is a plusAbility to write and speak other languages is a plusWhat do we offer?
