Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Role OverviewSalesforce Developer PositionWe seek a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team.As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and design effective Salesforce solutions.Design, develop, and customize Service Cloud features, including case management, service console, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing.Implement and enhance Customer Community (Experience Cloud) portals to improve self-service capabilities, user engagement, and customer experience.Partner with developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to deliver high-impact initiatives.Build and enhance revenue attribution, pipeline automation, and approval workflows.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong unit test coverage.Develop scalable tooling frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.Required Skills and QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, MIS/CIS, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Customer Community (Experience Cloud) implementations.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and SOQL.Preferred Skills and QualificationsAdditional QualificationsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II.Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Community Cloud Consultant.Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks, such as AngularJS, or Salesforce LWS.
