Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description">We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for taking complex data sets and constructing narratives that help business colleagues make informed decisions.">The primary goal of this position is to extract insights from large volumes of data, identify key trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.">Key Responsibilities:">">Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop targeted data solutions.">Cleanse and transform data into the desired format, creating interactive dashboards and reports to meet requirements.">Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.">Deploy data visualizations and reports to Tableau; develop analytics models according to analyst-defined specifications.">Conduct training sessions to educate stakeholders on data analysis and visualization best practices.">Maintain and document the operational environment to ensure seamless data flow.">Develop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures and queries to support data processing.">">Requirements:">">At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing complex data sets.">Proficient in Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of previous work experience using the platform.">Strong understanding of relational database concepts and design principles.">Advanced analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality results.">Excellent organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.">Experience with ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (desired).">Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (desired).">Fluent English language skills.">">What We Offer:">A competitive compensation package and a collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.")},
