In this position, you will be responsible for handling and organizing art tasks to help the artists do what they do best every day.
Our team of producers focuses on guiding concepts from their nebulous creation through production execution and into implementation.
This role will work across the art pipeline, partnering with many different teams.
We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication skills, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects.
The ideal candidates are passionate about working in games, have a strong understanding of dependency-driven production methodologies, have a firm understanding of a 3D art creation pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you willManage the Timeline - Partner with art discipline Leads and Art Directors to execute tasks against dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure the successful, on-time release of content that meets the Epic Art quality bar.
Maintain Shotgrid scheduling, triage, and trackingBe the center of Communication - Facilitate constant communication with the art production team as well as cross-department production teams; providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure stakeholders have proper visibility into development and are informed of any changes that may impact their teamsProactively seek resolutions - Identify problems and propose solutions for your team, before they become roadblocks.
Own the outcome of your area, and never wait to see if someone else will clear your pathBe a flexible multitasker - Handle multiple large production needs within your development pod(s).
Understand how to identify and break down prioritizations, and keep up strong communication across multiple outlets: email, Slack, meetings, and documentationSupport all of your team's production needs including, but not limited to; planning, scheduling; task tracking, and bug triageWhat we're looking for4+ years of experience working in a production role managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projectsDeep understanding of game development and project management practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for successSelf-starter who approaches challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolutionThe ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the companyAbility to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles while balancing out short-term needs and long-term visionAbility to adapt and be effective in ambiguous situations within a highly dynamic environmentYou're passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative.
