At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything.Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal.Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity.Learn more at Job Function: Supply Chain PlanningJob Sub Function: Inventory ManagementJob Category:ProfessionalAll Job Posting Locations:Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, BrazilJob Description:Plans and controls inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses, distribution centers, and factors mixing points to meet sales and distribution demand.Analyzes inventory levels, inventory positioning and production and sale forecasts.Duties & Responsibilities: Plans inventory per the sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets.Administers physical inventories, cycle counting, surplus obsolete, engineering changes, cancellation activities, projected usage and other inventory planning/and reduction activities.Reviews and analyzes stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions and recommends replenishment plan.Recommends improvement to inventory system where errors could affect the replenishment systems, financial position, credibility, or overall operation.Updates inventory records.Controls inventory accuracy and controls inventory levels by changing reorder points and par levels to meet changing demands.Troubleshoots severe inventory inaccuracies.Audits sales order location discrepancies and implements permanent resolution.Audits warehouse locations especially problem inbound/outbound staging locations.Develops reports to keep service management aware of potential trends, shortages, back orders, and status of service parts as required.Prepares special reports, statistics and graphs used to analyze and forecast operating needs.Supports supervisor, vendors and staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.Provides information and assistance on inventory policies and/or procedures.Requirements bachelor's degreeprevious experience : .any SNP or inventory planning experience is appreciated knowledge of tools: Excel (must), Power BI, Alteryx (optional but appreciated)Required Skills: Preferred Skills:Business Behavior, Coaching, Communication, Data Savvy, Demand Planning, Detail-Oriented, Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), Document Management, Industry Analysis, Inventory Management, Inventory Optimization, Manufacturing Flow Management, Problem Solving, Process Optimization, Process Oriented, Supply Planning, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Warehouse Management
