Oversees the strategic and operational aspects of Inventory Management and execute improvements to standardize and reduce the services inventory, ensuring the right level of materials are available at the right time and place to support production and customer demand. They will partner with the regional leadership team and site teams to develop a customer focused environment that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing inventory.

Essential Responsibilities
Create, with Finance, the operating and reporting mechanisms for the inventory including a view of SMI, OBSO, Product, commodity…etc
Define the standard inventory levels and set inventory targets accordingly
Drive capabilities and standards around field inventory debriefing accountability
Define strategies to optimize global inventory
Identify transactional opportunities for Excess, SMI, OBSO and collaborate with the transactional fulfillment team to execute the sale of the material
Leverage best practices and improve the cycle count process… cascading to additional locations
Set the standards for each region on total inventory value
Establish the standards and operating mechanisms for SMI
Establish the standards and operating mechanisms for obsolete material
In conjunction with the digital team, define an ERP based planning capability that maximizes on-time delivery and minimizes inventory and implement across all components
Design and implement a field inventory scheme to ensure ease of access for high use parts
Act as the Parts, Tooling and Training team's lean leader – owning the creation and execution of the lean road map

Qualifications/Requirements
· Oracle Races R12 and PLM experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing or engineering
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
· Ability to lead, manage and communicate with all levels of the business
· Inclusive leadership style, proven ability to build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust
· Knowledge of the disciplines of supply chain management, such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfillment metrics, cost systems, and procedures
· Strong analytical & problem solving skills
· Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment
· Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high integrity, employee involvement, safety and teamwork
· Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm
