Job Title: Senior ServiceNow DeveloperThis role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with expertise in ServiceNow development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
We're looking for an individual who can lead the development of our ServiceNow platform, leveraging their knowledge of ITOM to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet the evolving needs of our organization.Lead integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, fostering collaboration and data exchange.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, maintaining high standards throughout the development lifecycle.Provide reusable solutions that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Perform upgrade testing, verifying compatibility and performance.Develop Automated Test Framework test suites, ensuring thorough testing and validation.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and process improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Integrations, demonstrating proficiency in these areas.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting, showcasing expertise in these technologies.Experience with automation, DevOps, and Agile principles, highlighting ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 USD, providing a solid foundation for career growth and financial stability.
