Key Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and driving results-driven initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary point of contact between stakeholders and clients, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert consulting and data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, leading to enhanced delivery goals and client satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for senior leadership and clients.
- Native proficiency in English (Spanish is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
- Able to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
