Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company.
You will ensure that all customers' requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission.
Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Customer Portfolio - Active Sales
- External Sales Representatives support
- Direct OEM support
- Product and service supplier contracts
- Technical/Commercial Quotation Process and Sales Orders
- Product Registration & Proposal tracking
- Product price positioning through analytical curves
- Portals / E-commerce & Telephone technical support
- Digital Sales Support
**Background & Skills**:
- Graduated or majoring in Engineering: Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics or Industrial Automation
- English level: Advanced
- Preferable 1+ years' Sales area experience.
- Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Sensitive to customers' needs and able to create good dialog with customers.
