Note: Centro São Bernardo do Campo, Brasil / under CTL model / Please shared CV in English language.ResponsibilitiesLead the transformation of legacy infrastructure into modern, automated Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) frameworks using Terraform and related tools.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in alignment with Dev Ops best practices and organizational standards.Act as a technical advisor on cloud architecture, supporting clients in multi-cloud strategies (primarily Azure, but also OCI, AWS, and GCP).Champion cloud engineering standards and governance models across projects and teams.Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including reliability, observability, incident response, and automation.Partner with customers to assess infrastructure, define Ia C strategies, and drive adoption.Develop comprehensive documentation, reusable templates, and modular architectures to support scalable Ia C implementations.Mentor and coach teams on Dev Ops, SRE, and cloud-native engineering best practices.Requirements7+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and its ecosystem.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, particularly in Azure, and preferably also in OCI, AWS, and GCP.Demonstrated experience in modernizing legacy environments and defining cloud adoption roadmaps.Proven ability to manage customer relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong application-oriented mindset.Relevant cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Dev Ops Engineer).Preferred QualificationsBackground in platform engineering or experience building internal developer platforms.Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization practices.Experience in consultative or customer-facing roles.Languages:English: B2/C1 Advanced.
