A Convista está em busca de Salesforce Architect Sênior para atuar apoiando em projetos, pré-vendas, treinamentos e propostas comerciais.A posição exige sólida visão arquitetural, ampla experiência em Salesforce e vivência na indústria de seguros, sendo responsável por liderar soluções escaláveis e atuar como referência técnica e estratégica para equipes e stakeholders.Qualificações e Requisitos Técnicos e Experiência: Formação Superior (Tecnologia da informação, Análise de Sistema, Engenharia e áreas afins); Experiência mínima de 07 anos com Salesforce, incluindo atuação em nível de arquitetura; Forte expertise em Sales Cloud, incluindo: Lead-to-cash, Gestão de pipeline, Forecasting, Territory management; Quote-to-order; Conhecimento sólido em Service Cloud, incluindo: Gestão de casos, Workflow, Omni-channel, Knowledge Management, Service Analytics; Desejável Experiência com Financial Services Cloud, preferencialmente em contextos de Seguros (objetos, fluxos e regras de negócios pré-existentes); Proficiência em configuração e desenvolvimento Salesforce; Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC); Ferramentas declarativas; Experiência comprovada no desenho de arquiteturas Salesforce em escala corporativa; Forte conhecimento de: Modelagem de dados, Modelo de segurança e Hierarquia de papéis; Boas práticas de governança Salesforce e experiência em ambientes Ágeis; Excelente comunicação, com capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos em valor de negócio para públicos executivos e técnicos.Principais Responsabilidades: Liderar o desenho, a arquitetura e a implementação end-to-end de soluções Salesforce; Atuar principalmente com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e Financial Services Cloud; Apoiar diversos projetos internos da Convista, fornecendo direcionamento arquitetural e suporte técnico aos times; Participar ativamente de atividades de pré-venda, incluindo definição de soluções, estimativas, apresentações técnicas e elaboração de propostas; Exercer liderança técnica, orientando e apoiando desenvolvedores e consultores Salesforce; Projetar e governar ambientes Salesforce complexos, incluindo modelo de dados, segurança, integrações e governança; Definir e supervisionar estratégias de integração, utilizando APIs (REST/SOAP) e, quando aplicável, middleware; Traduzir necessidades de negócio em arquiteturas Salesforce robustas, escaláveis e aderentes às melhores práticas; Apoiar iniciativas de treinamento, capacitação interna e disseminação de boas práticas..Diferencial Chave Experiência essencial na indústria de Seguros .Plataforma: Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Financial Services Cloud Informações Adicionais Ambiente de trabalho inclusivo e colaborativo; Oportunidades contínuas de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional; Pacote de remuneração compatível com o mercado; Programas de bem-estar e assistência ao colaborador.
