As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable architecture and web applications.Key Responsibilities:Solution Delivery: Design and develop robust solutions that meet business requirements.Technical Leadership: Leverage your expertise in Ruby on Rails to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm, scope, and execute projects.Impact:Clean Code: Write maintainable and efficient code that balances rapid delivery with sustainable practices.Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements.Ownership: Show accountability and initiative-driven approach to deliver quality solutions.Requirements:Software Development Experience: At least 5 years of software development experience.Ruby and Rails Expertise: 3+ years hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).
Database and Cache Expertise: Strong Postgres and Redis expertise.Bonus Points:StimulusReflex and Hotwire Experience: Experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire is a plus.Front-end Development: Comfortable with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS.
