The position is designed to serve as a backup resource, ensuring business continuity, accuracy, and efficiency in process execution.
It functions as a supporting role to the team, particularly for key accounts, with an emphasis on agility, collaboration and reliability.Support and monitor air and ocean freight shipments: Serve as a backup to ensure continuity and accuracy in daily operations, including documentation and process flows.Assist with intermodal processes for key accounts: Coordinate and support intermodal shipments, ensuring smooth communication and execution across modes.Ensure quality in documentation and process accuracy: Maintain organized records, support data entry, and monitor workflow efficiency.Basic Qualifications:Prior knowledge of logistics processes, Air and Ocean freight.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Proactive and dependable, with a willingness to support team needs and expand knowledge across transportation modes.Competencies:Professional Integrity: Consistently demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and adheres to established professional standards.Team Trust and Collaboration: Builds and maintains trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.Cross-Cultural Partnership Skills: Establishes and nurtures strong relationships across different levels and cultures within the organization.Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability: Applies analytical skills, agility, and resourcefulness to identify and resolve problems effectively.Flexibility and Adaptability: Responds quickly to changing priorities and performs effectively in situations of ambiguity.Collaborative Team Orientation: Acts as an engaged, cooperative, and culturally aware team playerIf you're someone who thrives on precision, professionalism, and a proactive approach to supporting logistics operations, we'd love to connect.
