- Create and write job descriptions for open positions
- Strategically and methodically manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Provide concrete feedback to the client and implement client feedback into the search
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in high volume IT, engineering, or medical tech recruitment
- Technical background and 4-year degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and Monster to identify and attract Top Talent
- Proven ability to write effective job descriptions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: R$3, R$6,000.00 per month
