Job SummaryThe Procurement Operations Analyst plays a vital role in assisting the IT department with process flow and procedures.This individual will be responsible for submitting purchasing requests through iProcurement and monitoring tickets until PO assignment.They will work closely with IT managers/requestors, Vendor Management Team members, and FP&A Team members to gather information and see each request through to completion.The analyst will also update the team agenda daily and attend weekly meetings.Key Responsibilities:Submit purchasing requests through iProcurementTrack iProc tickets as they go through the approval processUpdate the ITBO agenda and attend weekly team meetingsEngage NetNet by keeping track of quotes and negotiating better dealsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experienceAbility to communicate with both within and outside the IT departmentStrong analytical skills preferrediProcurement experience a plusProficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat ProSelf-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and seek guidance when neededExcellent oral and written communicationAbility to work with various teams across the companyBenefitsThe Procurement Operations Analyst will enjoy a range of benefits, including:A home office allowanceMeal/food allowanceAnnual bonusHealth/dental planLife insuranceHardware providedRemote work optionEducational support
