Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and engage technical candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and other creative methods.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fit.Design and implement targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic and data mining techniques.RequirementsAt least 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Familiarity with sourcing tools and technology, including Recruiter.Preferred QualificationsA university degree in a relevant field.Prior experience sourcing for North American-based companies.Experience working in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial organization.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about recruitment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
