Senior Recruiter RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Recruiter to spearhead international recruitment efforts.This dynamic position requires overseeing end-to-end processes, collaborating closely with leadership, and implementing strategies to attract top talent across diverse functions.About the PositionLead recruitment initiatives for various roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and alignment with business objectives.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies.You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, and tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to leadership.RequirementsProven experience as an HR Recruiter with at least 3–5 years in senior or lead recruitment roles.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employer branding strategies.Experience recruiting across different functions (marketing, operations, creative, etc.).Talent Attraction StrategiesFully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.Career development opportunities and professional growth.Diverse, collaborative, and people-focused team culture.
