The agent of this operation must deeply understand the impact and confidentiality of the information handled, aware that any leak can lead to serious legal consequences for the employee and the company.In This Role, You WillAnalyze and direct legal requests received from competent authorities.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information processed.Pay close attention to details such as dates, nature of investigations and levels of urgency.Monitor quality processes and operational KPIs with excellence.Work autonomously and responsibly, without the need for micromanagement.Preferably complete or ongoing higher educationEnglish (intermediate/advanced level).
