Garantir a elaboração precisa e pontual das demonstrações financeiras mensais, trimestrais e anuais de acordo com as normas locais (SUSEP), incluindo demonstrações auditadas e todos os relatórios exigidos pelos órgãos reguladores, além de realizar análise crítica e relevante dos resultados (comunicar variações significativas);
Assegurar o cumprimento das normas financeiras, leis fiscais e exigências regulatórias (reservas técnicas, solvência, SCR e exigências atuariais);
Entregar análises financeiras detalhadas para embasar decisões estratégicas;
Gerenciar auditorias externas e garantir a conclusão dos processos dentro do prazo;
Apoiar na elaboração, implementação e manutenção de políticas e procedimentos financeiros de uso corporativo;
Identificar e implementar melhorias de processo para aumentar a eficiência e a precisão;
Colaborar com outras áreas, incluindo Tesouraria, Fiscal, Jurídico e Operações, para apoiar o crescimento do negócio e a eficiência operacional;
Experiência comprovada em envios e relatórios FIP e SRO.
