CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients.We are currently hiring for a Porter/Maintenance Technician in Rio Grande, NJ.**Immediate Opening**Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm$*****/hour DOE The employee will be responsible for cleaning common areas of the property including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing, as well as dusting and sanitizing surfaces and bathrooms.Must be open to learning anything from drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and flooring; HVAC experience helpful.The position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal.Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities.Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team.Must have good communication skills for timely follow-up on work orders with team members.Strong customer service skills required and experience needed to interact with residents, contractors, and fellow team members.Requirements:• Minimum 1+ years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning, and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train.• Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful.
