**Job Description:**As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.You will identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize revenue management systems and data analytics capabilities.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed product visions and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.Own the full delivery lifecycle of products and features, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder buy-in, and readiness for deployment.Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality.Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms.Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption.Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks.Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements.Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.**Requirements:**At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms.Experience with revenue management systems.Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools.Experience working across Data Engineering, Data Science, and UI Development teams, as well as multiple stakeholders and brand Revenue Management teams.Experience working in Agile software development environments with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns.Industry experience in cruise, travel, or enterprise data systems is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills.English level: B2 (upper-intermediate).**Benefits:**Career development plan and continuous learning.Excellent work environment and flexibility.Meal allowance.Life insurance.Health insurance.Transportation allowance.Appreciation bonus.
