Join to apply for the Global Banking Deal Services Analyst role at JPMorganChase1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Global Banking Deal Services Analyst role at JPMorganChaseJob DescriptionBuenos Aires is one of JP Morgan's key strategic hubs with over 3,500 employees supporting different areas like Operations, Technology, Finance, Credit Risk, Human Resources, Legal... among others, providing value-added services, products and solutions to our clients located in various countries around the world.Job DescriptionBuenos Aires is one of JP Morgan's key strategic hubs with over 3,500 employees supporting different areas like Operations, Technology, Finance, Credit Risk, Human Resources, Legal... among others, providing value-added services, products and solutions to our clients located in various countries around the world.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with deal teams, supporting the origination and execution phases of transactions for a portfolio of clients across various sectors in North America and cross-border deals with EMEA & APACEnsure timely completion of client activities and transaction milestones (e.g., client media coverage, ESG/sustainability related assessment, sanctions due diligence, deal announcements, and closure)Join due diligence calls with deal teams to identify and coordinate necessary follow-up actionsManage and monitor deal pipelineCollaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance and business management, and other teams on clients and transactionsAttend meetings and provide end-to-end oversight of the underwriting committee approval processPartner with our Wholesale KYC Operations team to facilitate advisory for new and existing business, ensuring the timely and accurate completionIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, alleviating administrative workloads and improving efficiencyKeep a close eye on deal controls, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on time and that any issues are promptly addressedRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsPrevious experience and sound knowledge of investment banking products such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Leveraged Finance (LF), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), or LoansComfortable interacting with clients and senior executives, on a regular basisHighly self-driven with the ability to work independently and take full ownershipFlexibility to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong decision-making skills, with the ability to identify problems and drive effective resolutionsA proactive mindset with a track record of delivering dependable, timely, and accurate partnership to deal teams and clientsManage project fees and expenses process and coordinates with relevant stakeholders, including deal team leaders, syndicate banks, business controls, and business management teams, to ensure oversight and timely completion of transaction milestones in internal systemsExcellent written and communication skills in English and SpanishPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsA background in relationship management, sales, or deal execution is advantageous.If you join the company, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that supports each other and will empower you to do your best work.BenefitsYour wellbeing is very important to us.
