At Galgo, we work to provide better opportunities for integration and development through financial access, empowering people to achieve their dreams.That's why we are looking for our next Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high-performance team whose main responsibilities will be:- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial stages through to final offer (end-to-end process).
- Working closely with Hiring Managers to design annual recruitment strategies.
-Identifying potential candidates through key attraction and sourcing strategies.
-Participating in strategic HR projects, driving improvement initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline.
-Acting as a strategic advisor for recruitment processes (market insights, compensation, experience across different levels).
We are looking for someone who brings:-4+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (regional), in fast-growing companies, managing the process from early stages through to hiring-Advanced Spanish and/or English
