Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team.This role involves coordinating daily device installation schedules, communicating with internal teams and customers, overseeing field technicians, and generating daily reports to clients.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDaily Scheduling & CoordinationManage and organize daily device installation schedulesCommunicate effectively with internal teams and customersOversee and coordinate field technicians to ensure timely completion of tasksMaintain ongoing project status and address operational issues as neededDeliver daily reports to clients on time and in a clear mannerCustomer SupportAct as the primary point of contact for property managers addressing guest-related technical issuesTroubleshoot access control, thermostats, energy monitoring, sensors, and other smart devicesProvide real-time support via video calls to resolve customer queries efficientlyDispatch and coordinate on-call technicians to minimize downtimeContent Creation & CommunicationDevelop and update Help Center articles, user manuals, and product documentation to enhance customer experienceCreate and schedule customer emails about product updates and new features
