Senior Endpoint EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Endpoint Engineer to maintain and secure our global organization's 600+ corporate devices.
This remote position requires a technical expert with strong focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.Job Responsibilities:Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by management.Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.Assist in vendor evaluations and provide technical input for solution selection.Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.Participate in on-call rotation for critical endpoint issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience.Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industries.Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similar.Experience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.Experience implementing self-service IT solutions.Familiarity with cloud-based device management strategies.
