Investment Banking Associate/Analyst Opportunity Yalla Capital is on a strong growth trajectory and is seeking an Associate or Analyst to join our team.Initially focused on tech deals, Yalla has expanded its operations to address strategic sectors with a diversified portfolio that includes real economy companies.Our commitment to excellence positions us as a strategic partner to our clients, delivering high-level, independent execution in complex transactions.Our team brings extensive expertise across highly complex and international transactions, including shareholding sales, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and fundraising, allowing us to provide a distinctive platform for professionals looking to build an impactful career in Investment Banking.Position DescriptionYou will play a pivotal role within our team, serving as a cornerstone in executing projects and materials.This position offers substantial exposure to partners and direct interaction with clients, ideal for professionals eager to shape their own career path and thrive in a high-performing environment.We seek individuals with a deep commitment to client service and unwavering dedication to excellence at every stage of the process, combined with a desire to build a success story with us.Fluency in English is essential due to our increasing engagement in cross-border transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced financial modeling, with experience in complex transactions.Conduct research and analysis of companies, markets, and sectors across diverse geographies.Collect and manage data to create robust analyses and presentations.Support the senior team in preparing and reviewing documents (contracts, terms, memos, etc.).Guide and review the work of interns, trainees, and analysts, contributing to team development.Support interactions with clients and manage deal processes and related operational activities.RequirementsBA/BS required; post-graduate degree or specialization is a plus.Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Investment Banking/M&A ( CVs without this criterion will not be considered ).Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven multitasking ability.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture.Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is desirable.Advanced proficiency in MS Office.Availability to work in São Paulo, SP.BenefitsAgressive compensation above market standards, based on individual and team performance.Steep learning curve with real responsibility from day one and accelerated professional development.If you meet the qualifications, please submit your CV and cover letter to with the subject "IB - Associate" or "IB - Analyst".
