About the RoleWe're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Success Representative.This role combines customer support, success, and operations to help users unlock the full potential of our AI-powered meeting assistant.Main Responsibilities:Tech Support: Assist users with questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior, collaborating with engineering to resolve edge cases.CUSTOMER ONBOARDING & SUCCESS: Guide new customers from kickoff to activation, helping teams integrate our tool into their daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption.Crm & Billing Ownership: Manage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations), ensuring customers have clarity on billing and account status.Knowledge & Self-Service Support: Contribute to our help center and knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.Source Expansion Opportunities for Sales: Identify new opportunities during support and customer interactions, surfacing warm leads and expansion potential to the sales team.Requirements:You've built automation flows before (Zapier, Make, bots, API triggers, etc.).You love helping users streamline and optimize.Familiar with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace, CRMs.You speak English fluently, and other languages required (French, German or Spanish).What We Offer:Competitive salary.Equity.Bonus via Bonusly.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Being part of a rockstar team.
