Join us and lead delivery efforts that shape the region's digital future.Your RoleReview and manage tender and IFC models and documentation (2 D, BIM, asset data) per ISO***** standards.Identify design conflicts and coordinate resolution via RFIs, CVIs, and design workshops.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and support subcontractor design alignment.Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, submittal schedules, and QA/QC procedures.Ensure timely, accurate document submissions and shop drawing updates through coordination with modelers and document controllers.Review subcontractor/shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.Liaise with planning teams to keep design timelines in sync with project progress.Support value engineering initiatives and design change management.Oversee and ensure accuracy of redline/as-built documentation and updates.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in a Senior Architect role with a main contractorStrong proficiency in Revit (essential)Proficient in Auto CAD, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Acrobat, and MS OfficeSolid understanding of large-scale building projectsAbility to interpret, review, and coordinate technical construction documentationFamiliarity with ISO***** BIM standards is a strong advantageStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer· The chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.· A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.· Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEC and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellentKindly upload your CV in English.
