Senior Linux System EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our InComm Operations team in managing Linux system infrastructure, primarily Red Hat and Oracle Linux.Design, implement, and manage Linux system infrastructure for Red Hat and Oracle Linux.Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management and deployment automation.Perform advanced Linux patching, security updates, and OS hardening.Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation and system maintenance tasks.Administer and support Red Hat Satellite for system provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management.Troubleshoot and resolve complex Linux system issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with DevOps, application, and security teams to ensure consistent environments.Manage source code and configuration using GIT repositories.Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using industry-standard tools.Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Linux System Administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Oracle Linux).Strong proficiency in Ansible, including custom module development and troubleshooting.Advanced bash scripting skills for automation and system tasks.Proficient in GIT for version control and collaboration.Experience with Red Hat Satellite for system provisioning and patch management.Deep understanding of Linux patching strategies, kernel upgrades, and OS lifecycle management.Experience working in secure, enterprise IT environments.Benefits:100% Remote + CLT + BenefitsWork Environment:Requires participation in on-call rotation and after-hours support.Fast-paced, collaborative IT infrastructure team.
