About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead software development initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on C#, software development methodologies, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex .NET / C# based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesSolve complex technical issues efficiently through exceptional problem-solving skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons while collaborating well within a team, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior developers.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Show a strong commitment to learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Develop strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills and Qualifications6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on C#.Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Ability to design RESTful APIs and architect software systems considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.Emphasize the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests.Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiarity with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and other software design principles.Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployments pipelines) utilizing tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for development and deployment.Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.BenefitsThis role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to innovative projects.OthersThe ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a passionate technologist who thrives in a dynamic environment.
