Product Marketing Manager, Payments, will develop product marketing strategies and initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of Amazon Brazil's payment methods.
The role involves working backwards from customer needs and business data to identify opportunities and create comprehensive marketing plans for credit products.This position requires close collaboration with Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders across Amazon to deliver compelling customer experiences that meet their payment needs.
The candidate should think strategically, analyze data deeply, influence stakeholders, and work effectively amidst ambiguity and competing priorities.
The goal is to enhance the customer experience and generate incremental business impact.Basic Qualifications6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship)Experience using data and metrics to inform improvementsProficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware launchesExperience developing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience creating product marketing strategies, including segmentation, cross-channel strategies, and content optimizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingExperience with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysisExperience using customer research, A/B testing, metrics, and data to support assumptions, forecasts, and program assessmentsWe promote an inclusive culture that empowers Amazonians to deliver top results.
