Information Technology Manager

OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Our core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code.You will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of Ledn's growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.This role reports to the Director of IT and is customer-facing, with responsibilities for a high-quality support experience for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools.We operate in a remote-friendly, global environment and value innovation, collaboration, and security.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first line of support and own the employee tech experience, including onboarding and offboarding across devices and locations.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Implement and manage IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Manage incidents and issues to resolution, prioritize help desk tickets, and work on projects over sprints using Agile methods (Jira).Set and track objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, and open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; proficient with APIs and system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; capable of hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey ideas clearly and assist users calmly.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, and OSI model; able to methodically troubleshoot problems.Self-management skills to scope projects, prioritize work, and collaborate across teams.Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with incomplete data; strong organizational and task-management skills.Nice-to-haves: experience with AWS; GAM usage; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced, startup/tech environment; collaborative and empathetic across functions.Benefits and EnvironmentComprehensive total rewards package starting on day one; competitive PTO; equity ownership in the company.Remote-work option for up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Purpose-driven work in a leading digital asset company; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Equal opportunity employer; accommodations available during recruitment.Additional InformationLedn operates a truly global, remote-first environment.We may request short video responses or review publicly available social media during the selection process.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
