Location: Remote Language: Native Brazilian Portuguese (Fluent English required) Employment Type: Contractor About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing online sports betting and casino operator dedicated to delivering a fun, safe, and engaging experience for players across Latin America.As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a CRM & Growth Manager to drive player engagement, retention, and reactivation through localized and data-driven CRM strategies.Role OverviewThe CRM & Growth Manager will take ownership of the player lifecycle, designing and executing targeted CRM campaigns to increase engagement and long-term value.The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and data to deliver effective promotional and communication strategies tailored to the Brazilian market.This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level CRM professional with hands-on experience in online gaming promotions and a strong understanding of player behavior within the Latin American market.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite, and in-app messaging) focused on retention and reactivation.Design and localize promotional offers and bonuses to suit player preferences and market trends.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying data insights to improve engagement and ROI.Work closely with central marketing and product teams to align CRM activities with commercial and promotional objectives.Manage player segmentation and develop personalized, data-driven communication strategies.Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on player behavior analysis.Ensure all campaigns comply with local regulations and responsible gaming standards.Contribute to the wider growth strategy across Latin America by sharing market insights and best practices.RequirementsNative-level Brazilian Portuguese and fluent English (Spanish is an advantage).2–4 years of CRM experience within the online gaming, sportsbook, or casino industry.Proven track record in designing and executing promotional CRM campaigns that drive player engagement and retention.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience with CRM platformsDeep understanding of player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and bonus mechanics.Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for player engagement.Having a technical and analytical background, able to measure performanceAbility to lead and manage peopleExperience managing CRM campaigns across other LATAM markets.Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing automation, and campaign optimization tools.
