Role: Account Manager - B2B iGaming Location: Brazil A leading international provider of digital entertainment solutions is looking for an Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships within the Brazilian market.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Account Management team focused on revenue growth, client success, and the effective delivery of gaming solutions across Latin America.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction Take full commercial ownership of accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance objectives Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies Ensure timely delivery of gaming products and solutions according to client requirements Monitor and report on monthly revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at all organizational levels Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events Promote and uphold the organization's values and brand reputation Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, ideally for a slot or game provider Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish fluency is an advantage Native or resident of a LATAM market (for example Brazil, Colombia, or Peru) Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and build long-term client partnerships Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions that meet strategic business goals Proficiency in CRM systems and promotion management tools preferred Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events What's Offered: Competitive salary with annual performance reviews Transparent quarterly bonus structure based on results Flexible working hours and remote work options Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and a partner Financial assistance for significant life events Reimbursement for professional development, training, and educational courses
