Sobre a Empresa Weichai Group é o maior fabricante de motores da China, acaba de estabelecer uma nova empresa WEICHAI BRAZIL LTDA, que está em busca de um excelente operador financeiro responsável pelos trabalhos contábeis relacionados a importação e exportação.O escopo de negócios inclui o motor G-Drive, motor P-Drive, geração de energia, motor marinho, veículos (caminhões e ônibus) e negócios de equipamentos de maquinaria no Brasil, México, Chile, Peru e Argentina para atender nossas metas de aquisição de clientes e crescimento de receita, mantendo nossa empresa competitiva e inovadora.Sobre o Papel Um resumo curto das principais responsabilidades do papel.Responsabilidades Handle the company's cash and bank deposit or transactions, ensuring accuracy.Manage bank account operations including opening, modification, and closure; charge of bank transfers, remittances, and handle negotiable instruments.Reconcile, consolidate, and deposit sales revenue from various clients to ensure fund collection timely.Review, process reimbursements for daily company expenses and conduct related accounting entries; assist in preparing internal and external reports monthly.Deal with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various current accounts checking, ensuring reconciliation and settlement; complete accounting vouchers accurately with full supporting documents and clear records.Assist superiors in completing monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing tasks; support inventory and fixed asset counting procedures.Safeguard all instruments related to fund transactions; organize and archive accounting vouchers and financial documents on a monthly basis.Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.Qualificações Male.Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field; solid grasp of fundamental financial and accounting theories and professional knowledge.Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience, familiar with the full cycle of accounting operations.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of using English as a working language.Under 40 years old.Habilidades Necessárias Experience with ERP systems is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing/trading industries is an advantage.Proficient in Brazilian Accounting Standards and relevant fiscal and tax regulations.Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills.Good planning and organizational skills.Faixa Salarial e Pacote de Compensação Informações sobre a faixa salarial ou compensação.Declaração de Igualdade de Oportunidades Inclua uma declaração sobre o compromisso com a diversidade e inclusão.
